PREFACE
The
country must enable a centralized power that should reach out to all four
corners of the country for enabling just solutions to emerge and so speed up
progress to even remote areas of the land.
Unless the country decide to restructure the government apparatus and
focus on enhanced mode of solutions to alleviate the sufferings of people far
and near, the problems and pestilence are likely to keep multiplying to the
detriment of people and their future. Let us fulfill the dream if not in toto at least in part to see an India of her dream come true.
Congress Party had a
major and stupendous role to play in the eyes of Smt. Indira Gandhi which had
for various reasons lost shade in the heat of some of the historical
developments.
Operation Blue Star,
Emergency and the riots apart, the nation had become a cauldron of pestilent
menace for most years of post Independence
Owing to various
reasons India had got meddled up as a hostile nation facing a hostile neighbor
with even the super powers looking down at India with suspicion regarding its
intentions to have made peace with many major powers including Iran, Iraq,
China, Russia, not to speak of the European countries which were emerging to
become powers to reckon with.

hide their crimes. These organizations constitute what the nation today counts
them under the names and style besides the RSS, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang
Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sena etc. A portion
of these criminals today haunt the nation under a new found craze of
Naxalites/Maoists. These communal
hooligans are plunderers of the real worth of India

It is also the intent of the writer to
wholeheartedly exhort the true, honest and spirited citizens within this fold
[Congress Party] to stand united with the party and nation for propelling the
Congress Party and Congress Government to a resounding victory for enabling the party to steer the nation on the right path chalked out for it by visionaries and luminaries of yesteryears.
India
needs to unveil a new mission - a mission, which should redefine the entire
concept of “Democracy” and the so called “Government of the people, by the
people and for the people”. The teeming
millions of this enormously crowded nation have come a long way to

and citizens would reminisce with delight the days when India first triggered the Pokhran I on 18th May, 1974 whereat Pakistan
Whatever
be the intent of Pakistan as an immediate neighbor to the Indian sub-continent,
there is no denying the fact that India has made giant strides on all fronts
and the present imbroglio on the political front ought not be made to mar the
glitter of its evershine ascent to heights of glory. It should not and ought not be the concern of
people and citizens to drag the political developments within the nation to
such base levels of being jeered at by the outside world, which looks upon the
country as a mini-super power having a great sway around, not only in the heart
of Asia but over other continents as well.
Within the confines of an
estimated capacity of roughly 1.269 million square miles that shelter around
twenty-eight States and seven Union Territories in all (this number too
supposedly keeps fledging to levels of people’s impulsiveness and public
convenience) and housing nearly 1.3 billion populace making it the seventh
largest and the second most populous country in the world, India is already in
the line up to be distinguished as the largest democracy in the present day
competitive world. So much for a broad

ages and stages of transformation from depths of a primitive tribal culture

dedicated, active and immense hardship which enabled successfully carving out

Congress Party did possess
these and a plethora of similar traits, which input attracted a whole gamut of
a British Empire to come around for transition of power from a colonial empire
in to the hands of the Indian National Congress. Literally speaking, this by itself was no
mean an achievement by Congress Party of the present day era to be spoken
lightly of. As a matter of fact and
truth, the emergence of an independent India out of the ruins of a dilapidated
nation and getting spruced up to show-case its enviable identity as a
democratic concept surviving on a diverse culture and people is, undoubtedly,
no petty an issue that can be taken lightly in the manner Narendra Modi
recently blurted a surprise to the effect that “Congress Party states that
freedom was achieved by the Indian National Congress!”
How
do we go about such a renovation? How
would the country enact such a change to the existing structure of national
edifice, the system of government and the attitude of people?
All the developments which
took place during the last many decades have been the outcome of hard-work and
neat execution by Congress Party which has been nurtured to its present form by
people of eminence, dignified people who had a dream to see India
There is no denying the fact
that ever since freedom was wrested from the British rulers, India has been
making steady progress on all fronts by huge strides, step by step and the end
result of which makes India a force to reckon with.
Congress
Party is not merely a national unit consisting of people young and old from all
walks of life. It is an international
emblem as well. Strategically the world
identifies Congress Party as the core of Indian culture. It is an all encompassing identity professing
secular values, religious tolerance, up-liftment of downtrodden with a
determined resolve to settling disputes arising out of diverse views and
interests amicably and through peaceful means.
This has been in keeping with the values and principles held close to
heart by the very Father of the Nation namely Mahatma Gandhi.
To this end Congress Party must initiate
steps to bring people and parties around.
Congress Party alone possesses the necessary input, expertise, charisma
and will power to negotiate a chaste program to include all people and parties
for churning out a process of restructuring its overall government functioning,
programs and policies.
Despite being a nation with a culture
which responds positively to all spiritual concepts, one fails to understand as
to how India has descended to depths of mob pestilence and communal riots which
have not only alienated its own citizens to hankering for vengeance or baying
for the blood of citizens of the very same country. One also would need to emphatically point out
here that despite India having witnessed centuries of hostility between the two
arch enemies namely the majority group under Hinduism and the second largest
group under Islam, there never came about a sense of rapproachment between the
two sects leading to constant fear of riots being ignited even at short notice.
It mesmerizes one to realize
as to how nice God Almighty is but we Indians fail to experience His
nicety! Regrettably, we human beings
either fail to take notice of God Almighty’s Goodness or deliberately ignore
the fountain of Goodness as a matter of routine since the same is freely
bestowed on us for living it in abundance to our hearts content.
So we in India
Human psychology is one
topic which provides human beings with inputs regarding life related aspects
that may be directly or indirectly connected to human nature including their
past, present or future and subsequent developments.
This can best be illustrated
by the manner in which little children who normally reveal a talkative nature
during their prime and tender age, tend to become calm and composed after they
cross a certain age, stage or vice versa.
This apart, most instances
of misunderstanding and resultant altercations between people and groups occur
mostly on account of ignorance of facts, truth or ground realities by the other
group. However, with the passing of time these people become acquainted with,
convinced of or enlightened on the reality or the rock bottom truth, which
piece of knowledge they might not have been familiar with prior to coming by
the ultimate reality. This moment of
realization acts as the eye opener to these very people who are in the habit of
wavering as to which party to vote and which to evade. And when elections came these elements who
sat on the fence as to which side to tilt went by the commotion and pestilence
accepting whatever emerged out of the street hooligans and street urchins were
the ultimate of which the nation accepted as the reality. This is how the eggs were got spotted by elements
who were out to meddle with the owners of the pen which when nursed back to
life revealed that they belonged to an intruder, the serpent. However, once the mistake is committed, there
is no turning back. This is what Indian
elections happen to be. A farce for the
ignorant public, but a cause for bewilderment for people and parties who all
have the good of the land in mind save for the non-existence of an indomitable
public to tow their line of apprehension.
However, life moves on and
no effort towards reconciliation with latter on that very issue is seldom
undertaken to enable both to set the matter at naught. Accordingly, such notion of misconception or
the grouse of having had to rub shoulders with the former lingers on in the
minds of the latter. The incidents too invariably go subdued after one or the
other person realizes his folly and the matter gets washed out of memory. But certainly on account of such
confrontations a divide does develop between people and groups which actually
mar the true relation between different categories of people. There also arises occasions when such
deficiency in knowledge by one or the other group bring about a catastrophic
tragedy that would even have left a trail of toll behind as happened on umpteen
occasions?
So came about a half-witted
Hazare who made pestilence his bandwagon to achieve fame. Out of the bandwagon emerged Arvind Kejriwal,
who deemed it prudent to ditch this Ralegaon Siddhi thing who knew no basics of
tact, diplomacy or politics. So AAP made
its debut as a party and many among the greedy hawks who were waiting to fly
high preyed on the AAP and the devil (not God Almighty) heard the prayers of a
large chunk of mostly slum dominated areas falling in line. But alas, when the votes were counted Arvind
Kejriwal lacked the needed ducks.
As Indians our concern ought
to be regarding the rampant manner in which evil has started flourishing within
people and society, which even gives room for people to commit grave crimes
over innocent people without our even realizing that such indulgences are
outcome of our own folly or ignorance.
Communal trait within people
and society is one such area of misconception regarding what is right and what
wrong. It even allows people to suppress
one or the other group on an assumption that what the former assert to be the
right perception is seldom accepted with appropriate nod or acknowledgement by
the latter. But whatever be the
arguments in favor or against a particular view, universally people of all
categories accept the fact that atrocity, brutality or crime against an
individual or group cannot, under any circumstance, be deemed to have the nod
of the Almighty and therefore, these heinous acts need to be condemned.
No doubt, there can be no
reconciliation by the nation or even the world at large on the aspect of a
select group of people succumbing to evil and hate prompts. India
People who profess to be
communal or persist to be so without acknowledging the power and greatness of
God Almighty would need to take first lessons first. That is to say, if they deliberately opt to
ignore God by continuing with their controversial ideologies and concocted
dogmas, they might as well become victims of God Almighty’s wrath. Moreover, it would be unwise to assume human
power and might to stand in good stead for the communal people merely because
God bears up with their evil designs and activities without ever manifesting
His might of justice. But taking undue
advantage of God Almighty’s silence or aggravating a situation further by
communal elements can only be calling for God’s wrath which could find them
sleeping thereby to ultimately befall victims of their own foolery.
Communal elements also need
to acknowledge that God would only inspire human beings or forewarn humanity of
any impending devastation through righteous human beings who live and abide by
their conscience, the silence of conscience being the only gateway to God’s
revelation. As such, one particular area
where communal elements have been distancing themselves from other fraternity
of the same creation happens to be the den of communalism.
Universe was created by one
and the same Supreme Being namely God.
God is totally invisible to human eye or any creation surviving on this
planet namely Earth. The original man
and woman out of whom the entire humanity evolved to this day committed a grave
sin of disobeying God thereby forcing the hand of God to forfeit the right by
human beings to regain God Almighty’s love or to enter the bliss of the kingdom
of heaven after their death and inherit the joy of heavenly bliss and to exist
as reborn angelic beings in the company of God and His Holy angels for an
indefinite period of time viz. eternity.
This is the ultimate truth
for the entire humanity including communal elements who keep harping on strings
of criminality and devastation – in short hatred of fellow beings. Communalism being a detestable instinct
inherited directly from Satan does not allow people to listen to the voice of
conscience or inspiration by God to such people for turning over a new leaf.
Hard luck for these false devils in whose presence even Satan might appear
virtuous despite being the original inheritors of hell.
Communalism is precipice to
religious fanaticism. It serves as
attribute to feeble or frivolous religious concepts which have been cunningly
fabricated by Satan in the form of vague illusions and even twisted or
zigzagged to appear somewhat like truth that would not easily be discernible by
finite human beings. Communalism is an
addiction which tides away boredom, monotony of life, human distress and
resultant melancholy by criminal elements.
This evil instinct acts as addiction by maniacs to vent their hatred for
fellow beings which prevents or quells all attempts by God to inspire them with
sublime divine truth or spirituality.
Communalism makes man lose
focus and resultantly diverts his vengeful hate to prey on easy targets. In India
16th
General (Loksabha) Elections of 2014 took practically everyone by
surprise. Not that it was ill timed nor
was the nation any less prepared to get in to an election mood. Rather this time around there was an
extraordinarily voluptuous swell in the funding of election propaganda by
communal opposition backed by communal organizations some of which were not
loath even to step on to dignity and aura of people and parties.
If
taking a dig at or taking potshots at the freedom enjoyed by people for
accumulating wealth earned by fair means through successive generations of
people in government as well as by their forefathers, be depicted as a specific
right by vested interests to project such people holding positions in
government as corrupt or in possession of unaccounted wealth, then these
unscrupulous elements that are extra-vociferous or unduly making flimsy and
frivolous allegations against government need to be gagged or jailed. Because ultimately such reckless allegations
send wrong message to uneducated street urchins who would deem it their deemed
right to circulate such ill-gotten views to denigrate people and institutions
under a false belief that they have a right to allege whatever may be a mere
hearsay.
This
apart, the haste with which some top notch communal stalwarts and crime-prone
elements of dubious organizations and character kept sending a myriad of
venomous accusations at people in government without ascertaining the veracity
of such claims may either be playing in to the hands of law or even playing
havoc with people and parties including the nation as a whole. Moreover, such allegations might tell
ominously on the reputation of India
The
voluminous scale of propaganda indulged in by communal parties, right from
day-one of election campaign points to treachery by the very opposition and
communal criminals who have not left any stone unturned in creating mayhem not
only in Parliament but on streets as well ever since the UPA government assumed
power. All the activities that the BJP
and NDA allies indulged during the tenure of UPA government have all been
shrouded in controversies including its election funding strategy which made
every nook and corner of media on a round the clock basis a platform to assail
the spirited work that Congress Party has been making to promote the interest
of the nation. The Supreme Court ought
to take cognizance of all these instances of communal activity which has, to a
great extent, overstepped the very right to allege a government as corrupt.
2014
will go down the annals of Indian History for a brief period but it would
corrode the Guinness record as well for a lengthy period of time. This would be so for all the wrong reasons
and equations.
Wrong
reasons! As a matter of fact for
extremely wrong reasons on account of the havoc the BJP as a national
opposition played with the tacit support of communal organizations under the
RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sena, Naxalites/Maoists etc. which
elements dared to devastate the duly elected UPA government by brandishing their
weapon of communal pestilence both inside Parliament as well as spilling on to
streets as years progressed. It needs to
be emphasized that such wanton activities by BJP had belied all efforts put in
by the UPA under Congress Party from functioning with vigor and zeal for a
consecutive period of five years for which they were elected by people and
assumed power under a Constitutional oath.
So the record stands that the Indian Opposition under BJP professes
little or no responsibility towards the nation and its people.
2014
as a matter of fact made a precarious display of an obnoxious truth as
well. Even as the preparations for
CWG-2010 were underway whereby the nation managed to showcase its potential as
a world class democracy, a clumsy 8th
standard drop-out element under Kisan Bapat Baburao Hazare from Ralegaon Siddhi
in Maharashtra had engaged himself to set alight a crusade on the issue of
corruption, ransacking the national capital in a flood of communal frenzy. This ignorant element was instrumental in
dividing the nation on wrong equations which under hue of communalism had
swelled on to streets to the utter embarrassment of an elected government and
to the raised eye-brows of a world around as well.
Well
one must not sweep under carpet the amount of embarrassment India had to gulp
down on account of this ignorant and substandard villager from Ralegaon playing
hothead to an elected government and venting his ire of allegations merely to
grab a fame he long cherished to own namely a second mahatma.
Here
too the irresponsible opposition did not lag behind in making fodder of the
mayhem let loose by Hazare whereby the whole of India had started gossiping on
allegations of corruption ballooned to blow even truth out of the land. As a matter of fact whatever transpired
during the years immediately preceding 2014 elections were outcome of the very
irresponsibility with which BJP started playing sides with regional parties
while directing their fury at the government intended primarily at razing or
annihilating all efforts put in by Congress Party for making India
After
making the five years of UPA rule their fodder for sending wrong signal to
general public, parties from all corners including the communal elements and
the crusaders under Hazare started trumpeting their version of oust UPA slogan
merely to augment their forcefulness in an attempt to hasten the end of a duly
elected national government with roots existing right from years of
pre-independence. All this was unwarranted
and the nation survived all the peril of pestilence only because the government
consisted of a national party with secular credentials which has always held
aloft the true spirit of honesty and integrity by giving the entire country and
its populace the needed trust.
Honestly
it is very easy to fool general public in India owing to the fact that a vast
majority of them are migrants from neighboring states but above all on account
of the truth that most of the public owe allegiance to Hindu religion which
caters more to animal instinct than to human conviction. And fool they did the vast public and hordes
of migrant elements for whom there was only need to hold out a freebie to
satiate their appetite. The common
people thus fell out with the government and what emerged was a total disarray
of people and parties suggesting from time to time on an assumed mid-term poll,
which the UPA under Congress Party was loathe to concede. Of course, the elections are nearly over and
the final results of the 16th
Lok Sabha Elections might soon start trickling down by second half of May 2014.
The
communal party namely the Bhartiya Janata Party had been in the meantime
working behind the scenes to embarrass the UPA government.
For
once, they even managed to hoodwink the Delhi
government by enabling hoarders to hoard Onions in the same manner as they –
BJP - did during the earlier assembly elections in Delhi
In
the meantime, BJP in collusion with the communal organizations were busy
accumulating huge amounts of unknown funds from unknown sources which more or
less managed to jam the media in to holding out a stupendous bluff to show-case
a wave in favor of a man of ill-gotten fame.
That element happened to be the infamous Narendra Modi of 2002 Gujarat fame.
Close
on the heels of all the commotion and communal pestilence, certain regional
parties and people of hues started running helter-skelter to project themselves
as a viable alternative to project a third front as replacement for UPA and NDA
combine. There were closed door meetings
under the leadership of ambitious people of SP, BSP, CPM etc. while more
ambitious people from states like Mamta, Mayawati, Jayalalitha etc. got in to
the bandwagon admitting in public their intent to be projected for the Chair –
you know what?
It
appears extremely odd –not to say comical – to find people and elements of no
consequence with only an appetite to grab power at the centre and teeming up
behind people heading regional parties in states with view to projecting a
united front under an illusionary third front alternative to the two major
national parties namely Congress and BJP which have been holding sway over the
land for very many decades.
Incidentally,
the sole motive of forming a united front by these unruly elements is neither
an honesty of purpose at giving the country a forward thrust nor are they
uniting to project a viable alternative at the centre. Rather their only look out is to make a dart
for vain fame to masquerade as prominent ministers and dignitaries which they
have been aching to make it for very many decades but never managed to reach
any where even near it. Honestly
speaking, even as the nation is already under fire by communal pestilence, these
unholy elements are seeking to burn their own irons in the fire to get a ride
on to central power and government. In
this fashion, the overall political situation has sunk to such levels of
mockery of the very democracy we adhere to that all progress that the UPA
government could have envisaged during their five years of rule have been
nipped in the bud, which only has set the clock behind many decades of
achievements wrought by Congress Party.
All efforts to notch up an alternative by these regional outfits is only
given a thrust to make a mockery of the very public that has become restless
and un-cultured in terms of its size and appearance.
What
should surprise everyone is the manner in which politics started generating a
great deal of humor to righteous people who have dreamt of a free India making
huge strides in to a mini-super power, which was not to be. Thanks to communal criminals under the
communal organizations making a bid to stamp out secular credentials of an
otherwise superb India
Then
BJP threw the card of development from Gujarat under the clumsy element in
Narendra Modi, an outright communal extremist who has always been hated by the
Indian populace for the manner in which he dealt a huge blow to the secular
spirit of the land with a biased and prejudiced mind imparting total injustice
to minorities in Gujarat even at the height of thousands of them being
massacred by the majority criminals.
The
hate speeches Narendra Modi made immediately after and preceding the Gujarat elections are records which vitiated the
atmosphere all over the land and the globe as well. It was treacherous of a person assuming to
be a citizen of a democratic India
Incidentally, the present
day communal outlook and pestilent menace by people resorting to enforce an
iron hand for achieving a purpose by the majority or more or less the
conservative minded people and groups in terms of culture and approach may be
regarded as a refined form of that very age old barbarity which these people
might find it hard to shed. This
attitude or approach by the majority wielding people might definitely pose a
challenge to the nation in its endeavor to carry forward its progressive trend
on diverse fronts. India
Although the world advanced
with time in a big way and an age of sophistication gradually set in inch by
inch, nevertheless the fruit of such advancement and consequent transformation
by outside world did not much impact the barbarous culture adopted by people in
India.
With global changes taking
place all around and competition picking up at various levels, these same
people who had for ages got maimed through life of barbarism coupled with
subjugation at the hands of kings and rulers had to per force venture out of
their secluded habits and customs and open up to a period of renovation. Gradually people started seeing the need for
education or higher studies as the case may be since learning came to occupy a
critical area needed to level even with the changed times. Thus there was a mad rush by most people to
broaden their knowledge for which many even started leaving the land for
studies abroad. People who for ages had
professed a culture of hate and atrocity against people of diverse culture,
custom and belief got transformed in to people with self respect and a refined
culture. Here too the credit must go to
Congress Party, which people imbibed all the virtuous traits from the British
era monarchs and emperors to be able to project a sophisticated mode of
interaction.
However, even as the nation
advanced through an age of enhanced and scientific development, people too got
educated on modern methods and scientific techniques to enhance production or
for tackling issues and problems in a faster and sophisticated manner. Nonetheless, despite all these changes having
come about, a huge majority of people in the Indian peninsula refused to shed
their age old and outdated practice and customs as also the hate culture by

people to accept a broad-based view and culture despite the nation having

as also acted as a spoke in the wheel of progress and communal harmony.
Life too had become
cumbersome for people and society to be able to survive day to day meddle of
disparity arising out of diverse habit, custom, attitude, approach but above
all the diverse beliefs as professed by people of different categories and
regions. However, Congress Party has
managed to streamline legalities and procedures for enabling people to live a
life of peace and communal harmony without crossing swords with people of other
beliefs or categories.
Congress Party is one whole
entity which carries a resemblance to Life.
As is universally known, life conforms to a composite energy embodied in
any solid medium or matter with ability to sense, cause to sense, to enforce a
movement or imbibe a reaction from nature or its surroundings. Human body and life have an innate link with
diverse organs acting in tandem at the instance of a central force which
exercises control over its various functioning. Life in a single unit might have several
organs but the entire concept belongs to one life and in like manner whether an
injury or damage might be caused to a particular organ or portion that does not
bring about death to life till the span for which it came in to existence does
not end.
Life in any form comes in to
being with a limited span or age (as is normally referred to) in the case of
human beings during which period it may encounter hurdles by way of illness,
bruise, injury, fracture, damage or even loss of equilibrium. However, these hurdles do not totally
extinguish the core of life. That is to
say the concept of life does not cease to exist merely on account of a bruise,
injury, damage, fracture or even lose of equilibrium. Such hurdles cannot altogether cause death,
end or extinction to life. There are
always ample remedies to overcome such pitfalls in life and once they are taken
care of, life returns to normalcy and life regains its original vitality.
This very life may even be
compared to a collective body of people and elements who strive to progress in
a unified manner for the progress of individuals or societies. However, whatever might hamper the progress
or activeness of this particular concept called life, the injury or damage
cannot totally incapacitate the actual movement or life except via. death,
annihilation or extinction.
Congress Party is one such
concept which for long endured unfettered pestilence at the hands of elements
and criminals right from its days of conception. Such menacing pestilence by people did pose
hurdles to progress of the nation.
However, the party has on all occasions acted with steadfast approach
whereby such obstacles melted away giving space to progress and advancement. 21st century too did come with a
spate of similar pestilence and the party has with the assistance of like
minded people and parties enabled the nation progress to achieving milestones
on every front.
The party, as stated above,
did encounter enormous obstacles which has bruised its core features, however,
it always came out unscathed. This was
made possible solely on account of its deep rooted culture of discipline and
integrity. The treacherous elements and
enemies of the nation might term this core aspect which all along guided the
party and people to heights of glory as ‘dynasty’ or ‘sycophancy’ but the
righteous people of this large nation are fully aware of what exactly makes the
party go on despite all the pestilence viz.

forsook all norms to the wind because a hard fought independence earned through
dedicated efforts and hard fought freedom through efforts and struggle by the

So the elections came about
and the illiterate, ignorant, pestilent and criminal elements who during the
last few decades were accommodated in slums and private colonies of Delhi to

as a nation had made, found it expedient to boost their own prospects with
lambaste of the very government that did them a yeoman service. And how has the change come about? Obviously, these narrow minded elements found
it worthwhile to find loopholes from within the confines of stray elements like
themselves sitting pretty in government offices deemed it proper to gnaw in to
the wealth and attire of the dedicated people and government. By treacherously acting one with the
government these traitors dared to siphon off unspecified amounts to
undetectable areas thus betraying the very government which functioned with
dedicated zeal and honest identity.
